Am I allowed to book a mobile massage to the hotel?
Yes, you can book your treatment in your hotel room even if the hotel has a spa!


What is the procedure as a client?
Let the reception know that you have booked an external massage service!

What can I expect from my mobile massage?
We arrive 10-15 minutes prior to booking in order to check in with the hotel and confirm the treatment. The reception might call you to confirm the service. We can meet at the reception, or we can go directly to your room and meet you there. Your comfort is the most important!

Do I have to provide any details?
If you want us to come directly to the room, we will need your room number to confirm with the reception. It is confidential information! Your name or room number will never be said out loud and will be removed after the booking for your safety.

What happens in the room?
We will arrive in a professional manner and prepare the table. In the meantime it is mandatory to fill out a health questionnaire, which we bring in paper form. After that, we talk about your needs, and you can enjoy the massage.

What do I wear during the session?
Whatever you are comfortable with!

Can I cancel or reschedule the treatment?
Yes, 2 hours before!

Can I pay with a card?
Yes, cash or card payments are acceptable!


Are the therapists qualified and insured?
Yes, every therapist is fully licensed and certified in what they offer, as well as covered with the right liability. 

Can I book more therapists?
Yes, you can book more than one therapist for more people or an event!

Can I have the massage on my bed?
No, we will bring a massage table to perform the service!

Can I talk during the massage?
Yes, you can talk during the massage or just enjoy the music

Does a massage hurt?
All the treatments are to your comfort, and you are always allowed to speak with the therapist about the preferred level of pressure!
