My name is Raffaele, I was born in Turin, Italy in 1972. Since 1998, I have practiced Hatha Yoga at the Airone and Prema school in Turin, and I continue to practice and teach Yoga today.

I attended a professional school for Shiatsu therapy, where I studied the Namikoshi and Iokai-Masunaga styles. I also participated in a six-month intensive training program in thalassotherapy at the Forte Village Resort & Spa in Cagliari, where I gained valuable knowledge about the properties of salt, marine mud, seaweed, and their practical applications, as well as drainage massage courses and massage techniques in high-density seawater, under the guidance of Doctor Angelo Cerina and his team.

I spent 40 days in Thailand studying "Authentic Thai Traditional Massage" at the Lek Chaiya School in Chiang Mai. I have developed skills in sports massage and postural rebalancing exercises. My work focuses on a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of emotions and physical problems. My specialties include personalized massage with cannabis oil, Japanese Shiatsu massage, and Thai massage.

Since 2002, I have worked in the wellness sector, collaborating with top Italian and Spanish Hotels & Spa chains.
